Are all services confidential?
Yes. Your information is confidential unless you give me written permission to share it with others. Exceptions include disclosure of suicidal or homicidal ideation, child abuse or child neglect, and abuse or neglect to the elderly and gravely disabled.
When is the best time to start parenting consultations?
It is never too early to start a parenting consultation. Our children's nervous systems co-regulate with ours starting at birth. Even if your child does not have big behavioral challenges, parenting consultation allows you to show up as a more conscious parent.
How will the Foundations Program help me?
The Foundations Program is designed to give you education and tools around the fundamental concepts that allow for you to engage in the healthiest version of yourself. The concepts covered in this program are heavily supported by research and are necessary for optimal functioning.
What payment plans do you offer?
All individual services are expected to be paid in full. For our Foundations Program, you will have the option to select from a few payment plans that may better suit your needs.
Is Brainspotting right for me?
If you find yourself in patterns that feel deeply stuck, or feel as though there is a disconnect between what you know to be true and how you are behaving, then Brainspotting is an excellent tool to increase well-being. Brainspotting can also be utilized to resource the body, providing it with a bigger anchor into groundedness or a sense of calm.
Do you accept insurance?
No. However, in some consultation cases, I am able to provide you with an invoice that can be submitted to insurance companies for potential reimbursement.
